How To: Make a Mobile Transfer
Captions: Make a transfer on the go between your Neighborhood CU accounts using the MyNCU Mobile App.
First, let’s log into MyNCU Mobile App. Your accounts and available funds will appear on your home screen.
To make a transfer between accounts, select “make a transfer” on the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Select which account you want to move money from and then select which account you will move money to.
Type in the dollar amount and an optional memo for the transfer.
After confirming all of the details are correct, select “transfer” and voila, your transfer is complete.
