Video Transcript: Sending a secure email in online banking is easy. We recommend you use secure email to contact us anytime you need to include sensitive, private information... such as a social security number or bank account number.

First log into your Online Banking account at

Occasionally, a two-factor authentication step is required to maintain ultimate security. You can receive the code via text, call, or email. Remember to never share this code with anyone.

After you’ve logged in, look for the menu bar, and select “Secure Chat and Email”.

Click “Secure Email”

A new tab will open, and you will put the subject of your email in, and then your message.

Once you’ve typed your message, click submit! A Neighborhood Credit Union representative will be in contact with you shortly.
