Steve Boylan
Senior Vice President, Lending & Collections
An industry veteran, Boylan brings extensive experience in financial services, having served as Chief Lending Officer for Community Resource Credit Union in Baytown, Texas, and held leadership positions with Texas Dow Employees Credit Union, Wells Fargo, and First Financial Bank. A graduate of the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management, he earned his bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurial studies and business management. Passionate about empowering credit union members, Boylan is actively engaged in industry and community organizations, focusing on educating members about credit—how it works, how to manage it, and building strong financial habits for long-term success.

Jessie Swendig
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Community Impact
Jessie Swendig leads the Marketing team, and has been with Neighborhood Credit Union since 2013. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and a minor in Marketing. Jessie served as a Young Professional Advisor for the Cornerstone Credit Union League and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Chapter of Credit Unions.
Jessie lives in Wylie with her husband, son and two pups. They enjoy hiking, swimming, dancing and hunting for bugs - you can decide for yourself which one does which.
