For member’s ultimate security when it comes to sharing sensitive, private account information, we offer a way to securely chat with a Member Service Representative in Online Banking!
To start a secure chat, visit myncu.com and sign into your Online Banking account.
Once logged in, click “Secure Chat and Email” in the maroon menu bar across the top.
There will be a drop-down menu, and you’ll click “Secure Chat”
A chat pop up box will appear.
You will be prompted to provide some basic information for the representative to start the chat session. Click Submit
Soon a Neighborhood Credit Union Representative will connect and be ready to assist you with banking needs or questions!
