
Important Member Notice: Elimination of Branch ITMs and ATMs

At Neighborhood Credit Union, your convenience and security are always our top priorities. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing safe, reliable, and accessible banking services, we want to inform you that our branches will no longer be equipped with an ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) or ATM on-site.
This difficult decision follows recurring vandalism incidents that have made this service unsustainable. The removal of these machines will take place in the coming days.
Here’s how you can continue to bank safely and conveniently:
- Free ATM Access: Use over 90,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide through the MoneyPass and Allpoint networks.
- Mobile Deposit: Deposit checks securely using our mobile banking app.
- Branch Access: Our branches remain open and ready to assist you.
- Call Nick, Our Virtual Phone Assistant: Nick is available 24/7 to help you check balances, review transactions, and get quick answers by phone.
