What is the Projects Plus Home Loan?
Perfect for those self-proclaimed DIY experts or homes in need of improvements, the Project Plus Home Loan is ideal for:
- Adding a swimming pool
- Landscaping projects around the home
- Patio and outdoor kitchen upgrades
- Solar panels
- BEV/PHEV charging station installation
- Kitchen and bath remodel
How to Apply
Applicants must apply for the Projects Plus Home Loan online. When filling out your application, you’ll need to list what the loan is for and after the loan is approved and funded, you can start on your projects right away. Unlike other financial institutions that offer similar loans, Neighborhood Credit Union will not require a home visit from a contractor before you can get approved.

Projects Plus Home Loan application for credit must be completed and submitted online at myncu.com. Only one Projects Plus Home Loan per member can be open at a time. Your loan terms, including APR, may differ based on amount, term length, and your credit profile. Lowest rates require excellent credit. Minimum loan amount $10,000.
