I also want to thank you for your patience during the recent updates involving the removal of ITMs and ATMs at our branch locations. Your safety and convenience remain at the heart of everything we do. By transitioning away from onsite machines, we are strengthening security at our branches while giving you more free, flexible, and secure ways to access your money anytime.

Through our trusted and secure ATM partners, you now have access to more than 90,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide - close to home, near work, or while traveling. Mobile Check Deposit allows you to safely deposit checks from the convenience of your smartphone, and Zelle® is available whenever you need to send or receive money with friends and family. We are also actively exploring additional solutions to make accessing cash and managing your accounts even easier in the coming year.

With Christmas just around the corner, I want to remind you about our Holiday Joy Drive for Children’s Health. You’re invited to stop by any Neighborhood Credit Union branch to drop off new, unwrapped toys to help bring joy to children who need it most.
