The Auto-Decline service is for members who choose to opt-out of Courtesy Pay or members who decline to enroll in Transfer Pay, any account without funds to cover the transaction will result in an auto-declined transaction.

- To opt-in electronically, log into your Online Banking (be sure to disable your pop-up blocker if you click this link) and select Courtesy Pay Opt-In Form under the Additional Services menu, or
- Stop by a branch and complete the form in person, or
- Call our Member Service Center and we will mail or fax the form to you. You can then return the form to us via mail, fax, or at the branch.
