Simple Saver Guide

How to Set Up Reoccurring Transfers

 

From Your Desktop

Step 1

Login to your Online Banking account. From the main menu, hover over Move Money and select Schedule a Transfer.
 

Step 2

Customize your options according to your savings plan.
  1. FROM: choose the account from which you want to withdraw funds. Select from the dropdown.
  2. TO: choose the account the funds are to be moved to. Select from the dropdown.
  3. DATE: from the calendar, select the date you want the transfer to occur.
  4. REPEAT TRANSFER: to create a reoccurring transfer, check the Repeat Transfer box.
  5. FREQUENCY: from the dropdown, choose how often you want this transfer to occur. Click Save to confirm your selection.
  6. AMOUNT: enter the amount you want to have transferred each time.
  7. MEMO: if you'd like, type a description of the transfer for your records.
 

Step 3

Click Make Transfer. You have successfully created your Simple Saver reoccurring transfer!
 
 
 

From the MyNCU Mobile App

Step 1

Login to your Online Banking account from your iOS or Android device. From the menu, select Transfers and then at the top select Schedule. Here, you can see any current reoccurring transfers you have scheduled. To schedule a new one, tap Schedule a Transfer at the bottom of your screen.
 

Step 2

Customize your options according to your savings plan.
  1. FROM: tap to choose the account from which you want to withdraw funds. 
  2. TO: tap to choose the account the funds are to be moved to.
  3. AMOUNT: enter the amount you want to have transferred each time.
  4. FREQUENCY: tap to choose how often you want this transfer to occur and the date. Tap Done to confirm your selection.
 

Step 3

Tap Schedule. You have successfully created your Simple Saver reoccurring transfer from the MyNCU App!
 
 


 

How to Manage Your Reoccurring Transfers

 

From Your Desktop

Login to your Online Banking account. From the main menu, hover over Move Money and select View Scheduled Transfers.
 
 

From the MyNCU Mobile App

Login to your Online Banking account from your iOS or Android device. From the menu, select Transfers and then at the top select Schedule. Here, you can see any current reoccurring transfers you have scheduled.
