Video Captions: Upload documents to your Neighborhood Credit Union account on the go using the MyNCU Mobile App. First, let’s log into MyNCU Mobile App. Once on the home screen, select “more” On the more menu, scroll down until you see “Upload a Document” and click Once the page has loaded, click “select file” on the page you will also see the types of files supported. You can upload Loan Documents, Proof of Identification, or Proof of Residence. For this example, we will be uploading a copy of a driver's license. Once you’ve selected your image, you must agree to Terms and Conditions. After you’ve agreed to the Terms and Conditions, all that is left is to click ‘Upload File” after that, you are done!
