Summer Around Our Neighborhood: Community Events Across North Texas
There's something special about summer in North Texas. Maybe it's gathering with friends for live music on a warm evening, discovering a new local festival, or cheering alongside thousands of fans at a community event.
No matter where you call home, there are plenty of opportunities to get out, support local communities, and make a few memories along the way.
Here are some events we're excited about this summer.
FIFA Fan Festival™
Dallas June 11 – July 19 Fair Park | Dallas, TX
You don't need a World Cup ticket to be part of the action. FIFA Fan Festival™ Dallas will transform Fair Park into a gathering place for soccer fans from around the world during the FIFA World Cup 2026™.
Free and open to the public, the festival will feature live match broadcasts, interactive experiences, cultural celebrations, entertainment, food vendors, and activities for all ages across 34 days of programming.
Whether you're a lifelong soccer supporter or simply looking to experience the excitement, this will be one of the biggest events in North Texas this summer.

Frisco Soccer Celebration World Cup Watch Parties
June 11 – July 19 Simpson Plaza | Frisco, TX
Can't make it to Fair Park? Frisco is bringing the excitement of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ with a free 34-day Soccer Celebration in the heart of the city's soccer district.
Located in Simpson Plaza near Toyota Stadium, Frisco City Hall, and the National Soccer Hall of Fame, this fan festival will feature live match viewings, interactive experiences, giveaways, local food vendors, beverages, music, and special appearances throughout the tournament.
A major attraction will be the Fan Activation Zone, where attendees can enjoy hands-on activities and experiences from event partners while celebrating the world's most popular sport alongside fellow fans.

Hot Summer Nights in Sherman
Lucy Kidd-Key Park | Sherman, TX
One of Sherman’s favorite summer traditions returns with free outdoor concerts under the stars featuring well-known artists and live entertainment throughout the season.
Held on select Thursdays at 7 p.m., Hot Summer Nights brings the community together for evenings filled with music, food, and fun in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
