A cruise certificate will be issued upon funding of a qualifying car loan. Certificate entitles the primary borrower and one guest to a 5-day/4-night cruise to Mexico, the Bahamas, or the Western Caribbean aboard select major cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean or Carnival. Accommodation includes an interior stateroom with either a king-size bed or two twin beds (based on double occupancy). Cruise includes onboard meals, snacks, 24-hour room service, onboard activities, nightly entertainment, and access to ports of call. Upgrades and extended stays are available for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Costs may vary based on cruise line, ship, itinerary, port of departure, and travel dates. Certificate must be registered within 45 days of issuance, and registration & booking fees apply. Cruise must be booked and completed within 18 months of issue date. Your cruise certificate entitles you and a guest, to a 5 Day/4 Night cruise vacation for two to Mexico, the Bahamas, or the Western Caribbean. Enjoy your time aboard a luxury cruise ship from Royal Caribbean, Carnival or other major cruise lines. Your vacation includes a beautiful interior stateroom with a king-size bed or two twins (based on double occupancy), all onboard gourmet meals and snacks, 24 hour complimentary room service, dozens of exciting shipboard activities, a wide range of nightly entertainment, first run movies, shopping and fabulous ports to visit.
You can upgrade to an ocean view stateroom, a balcony stateroom, mini or large suite, or a family cabin that sleeps 4 people. There will be an additional upgrade fee to cover the cost difference, based upon the port of departure, travel dates, cruise line, cruise ship and itinerary selected. All upgrades are subject to availability.
Members can refinance an existing Neighborhood CU auto loan and get a great rate, but are not eligible for a free cruise certificate.
During your loan process, we will coordinate with you to either pick up your cruise certificate or mail it to you once the loan has been completed.
Your cruise certificate must be registered within 45 days of issuance and pay the booking fee of $26. You have 18 months from the issue date to book and complete your cruise.
Yes! Your cruise certificate can be extended up to an 8 Day/7 Night cruise vacation at a special rate. Any extended cruise is subject to availability based on port of departure, travel dates, cruise line, cruise ship, itinerary, and room allocations.
You can bring additional cruise guests and they will receive a special group rate pricing. Kids or guests in the same stateroom are usually available at a significantly discounted rate. Larger family staterooms are available for an additional fee.
Free cruise certificates are limited to one per household, but you can finance as many auto loans as you would like to take advantage of Neighborhood Credit Union’s great rates.
