How MyPoints Rewards Work
You earn points for each $100 spent on the free or Premium Neighborhood Credit Union Visa My Rewards Debit Cards!¹ All debit cards are automatically enrolled in the MyPoints Rewards program and will begin earning points from your very first purchase. Earn points by using your My Rewards Debit Card for every day debit card purchases like groceries, pharmacy, gas, or online shopping instead of paying with a check or cash.

Referring a friend has never been simpler! Now, within your MyPoints Rewards account, your unique Invite a Friend referral code is ready to be sent via email, text, or social media. Once the account is opened, you will receive 350 points valued at $25.
First, Claim Your Account
If you are member with a My Rewards Debit Card, an account within the MyPoints Rewards portal has already been created on your behalf. To claim your account, simply click “Start Here” within the portal. Enter the required information and click ”Search”. You must have an email address to claim your account and the account will never expire.

To claim your account, simply click “Start Here.” Enter the required information and click ”Search.” You must have an email address to claim your account.
Your MyPoints Rewards account will earn points when using your debit card for both in-store and online purchases. You’ll earn one point for every $100 spent with a signature or PIN transaction, and you can earn more points by upgrading your debit card.
In addition, some account holders may receive mailers periodically, offering 100 bonus points for using you debit card 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 times in one month. To maximize the number of points you earn, be sure use your debit card instead of check, cash or credit card.
You can also earn points equal to a $25 gift card for each checking account referral through Invite a Friend.
Extra points can be earned by shopping online through the merchants listed in the portal. Simply log in to your MyPoints Rewards account and click on SHOP ONLINE for all of the details.Points are valid for 2 years from the first day of the month in which the points were issued. Points will be invalid at 12AM on that date, and cannot be redeemed for a reward; their value will become 0. Deposited certificates and expiration dates can be viewed by clicking on "MyPoints Rewards" and "Certificates."
When you log into the in the MyPoints Rewards portal, your current point balance will be displayed in the top left corner.
You can redeem prizes by clicking on the “Rewards” button in the MyPoints Rewards portal. Search for products by category, number of points or by keyword. Simply click on the prize you wish to order and click “Order”. Verify the shipping information and click the submit button. Then, confirm your order. Most gifts are shipped to arrive within 3 weeks.

¹Qualifying transactions must clear your account and post to your account no later than the end of the applicable calendar month to be counted. For example, if a purchase with your card occurs on the last day of the offer month but does not clear your account until the first day of the following calendar month, then that transaction will not be included in the calculation for the month in which you used your card. Annual Notice Regarding Non-Visa Pinless Debit Transactions
You may use your checking account Visa Debit Card to initiate both Visa debit transactions and non-Visa debit transactions without using a personal identification number (PIN) to authenticate the transactions. To initiate a Visa debit transaction, you may sign a receipt, provide a card number or swipe your card through a point-of-sale (POS) terminal and choose to route the transaction over a Visa network. To initiate a non-Visa debit transaction, you may enter a PIN at a point-of sale terminal or, for certain bill payment transactions, provide the account number for an e-commerce or mail/telephone order transaction after clearly indicating a preference to route it as a non-Visa transaction. We have enabled non-Visa debit transaction processing on the CU24, Accel, Pulse and Plus network(s). The rights and protections applicable only to Visa debit transactions, including additional consumer liability limits and streamlined error resolution procedures, as described in your Electronic Fund Transfers Agreement and Disclosure will not apply to transactions processed through non-Visa networks.
