How do I redeem my pre-approved offers?


Feel free to do any of the following:

  • Login to Online Banking and your pre-approved loan rate offers are visible in the widget directly beneath your accounts.
  • Select My Loan Offers in the menu on the MyNCU Mobile app, available for iOS and Android.
  • Visit your local branch.
  • Call the Lending team at 972.629.7889.

What if I want a loan for more than the approved amount?


    A full application must be completed for a loan exceeding the pre-approved amount.

Can I accept more than one offer?


    You can only accept one pre-approval loan offer during the campaign period. If you would like more than one loan, you will need to fill out an application for the additional loans.

How was I pre-approved for this offer?


    We used pre-screen information that we obtained from a consumer reporting agency in connection with this pre-approved offer. You were selected to receive this offer because you satisfied certain criteria for creditworthiness. The criteria was established by Neighborhood Credit Union.

Which reporting agency is used?


    TransUnion.

Did you pull my credit for my loan offer?


    No. The prescreen information does not run your credit. If you accept the loan offer, there will be a hard inquiry to your credit report and the new loan will show on your credit report moving forward.
