Neighborhood Credit Union has announced a scheduled maintenance window from July 16th at 8 p.m. until July 17th 1a.m. that will affect its Online Banking and MyNCU Mobile App services. This maintenance is part of the credit union's ongoing efforts to enhance digital security and provide the best possible user experience for its members.
Who Will Be Affected
All users of the Neighborhood Credit Union's Online Banking and MyNCU Mobile App services will be impacted during the maintenance period.
What to Expect
During the maintenance window, the Online Banking and MyNCU Mobile App services will be unavailable. Members can rest assured that debit card transactions and other types of transactions will remain unaffected.
However, please note that the ability to turn your debit or credit card 'off' or 'on' within the Card Management feature in Online Banking or the MyNCU Mobile App will not be available during the maintenance period. We recommend placing your card in an 'on' status ahead of the maintenance window if you anticipate needing to use it.

The scheduled maintenance will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 8 PM to Midnight.
What will be Unavailable During Downtime
This maintenance will specifically impact services accessed through Online Banking and the MyNCU Mobile App. Debit card services and other transactions will not be affected and will continue to function normally.
