Credit union members of Pollock Employees Credit Union, there will be a "Meeting of the Members" on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 10:00 am CST. This concerns the merger of Pollock Employees Credit Union with Neighborhood Credit Union here in the Dallas area.
We ask that you attend if you can as we will be voting on this merge. The meeting can be accessed by cell phone, desktop computer, or laptop computer. It will be on the GoTo Meeting site. The meeting starts at 10:00 am CST, but it will be open for sign-in starting at 9:30 am CST. Please keep yourself muted when not speaking to keep the noise at a minimum. When entering the meeting, please announce who you are before muting yourself so that we will know who is present.
On Monday morning, February 14th, there will be a practice session for those who want to practice signing in to the meeting. This will be the same times as the actual meeting on Tuesday. You can start signing in by your device at 9:30 am CST on Monday. We will keep the practice session open until a little after 10:00 am CST on that Monday. The actual meeting the next morning will be open at 9:30 CST for sign-in and will start at 10:00 CST. That is on Tuesday, February 15, 2022.
If you are unable to attend the meeting but would still like to vote, you should have received instructions on how mail in your ballot in the letter announcing this motion to merge. If you have any questions, you can call the office at (214) 637-3924.
