Important Update for Bill Pay Users: Discover eBill Service Ending Effective December 18
Discover will discontinue its eBill service. This change only affects members who use Discover eBills through Neighborhood Credit Union’s Bill Pay system.
What does this mean for you?
If you receive Discover eBills in Bill Pay, those eBills will stop after December 18. Any automatic payments you set up within Bill Pay for Discover eBills will be canceled.
What’s NOT changing?
If you have automatic payments set up directly through your Discover account, this update does not affect you. Those payments will continue as usual.
Already Notified by Discover
Discover has already emailed members who are affected by this change. If you received that email, please review your Bill Pay settings and make any necessary updates.
Next Steps:
