January 2021 Fee Change

At Neighborhood Credit Union, we occasionally must adjust fees. We monitor the market regularly and you will find that our fees are fair when compared to other financial institutions. In fact, many of our fees are lower than other banks in North Texas. If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact us.
Effective December 15, 2020, we have removed the following existing fees:
- Online Loan Payment via Website/Online Banking Fee was $10.00. It is now FREE! Effective
January 15, 2021, we are implementing the following new fees:
- Overdraft Protection Transfer from Personal Line of Credit - $5.00
- Non-Member Check Cashing Fee - $5.00 • Undeliverable Statement Fee - $5.00
- High Yield Savings $10,000 Minimum Balance Maintenance Fee - $15.00
- Returned Loan Payment Fee - $34.00
Effective January 15, 2021, we are changing the following existing fees:
- The Official Check Fee of $7.00 will be applied to official checks below $5,000.
- The Money Market Minimum Balance will increase to $2,000 to avoid the $10.00 maintenance fee.
- Paper Statement Fee - $4.95
- Online Bill Pay Service Fee - $4.95
- Tax Levy and Garnishment Fee - $100.00
- Safe Deposit Box Fees:
- o 3x5 - $45.00
- 3x10 - $75.00
- 5x10 - $100.00
- 10x10 - $130.00
- Courtesy Pay ATM, Visa Debit Card & ACH/Check Fee - $34.00 per item
- Returned Check/ACH Non-Sufficient Funds Fee - $34.00 per item
- Stop Payment Fee - $34.00 per item
