Keep Your Cards Safe While Traveling with Travel Notices

We understand that our members love to travel, and we want to make sure they can continue to use their debit and credit cards wherever they go without any disruptions. That's why we're introducing a new feature called Travel Notices, which allows our members to easily submit their upcoming travel itineraries via Card Management.

Keeping Your Card Safe While Traveling with Travel Notices

With Travel Notices, members have full control over their travel plans. They can select which cards they want to include in their Travel Notice, specify the start and end dates of their travel, and even choose up to 10 destinations they'll be visiting. Travel Notices can be created up to 6 months in advance, ensuring flexibility for planning ahead. 

Our members can configure both their debit and credit cards for Travel Notices, providing them with peace of mind during their travels. Whether it's for a business trip or a dream vacation, members can easily manage their cards and protect themselves from any potential disruptions due to fraud alerts. 

Accessing and managing Travel Notices is simple and convenient. Members can view, edit, and delete Travel Notices for all their cards from Online Banking or the MyNCU Mobile App by clicking on the "View Travel Notices" link in Card Management. Additionally, members can also view, edit, and delete Travel Notices for a selected card directly from the Card Management page. This gives our members complete control over their Travel Notices and allows them to make any necessary changes to their travel plans in real-time.
