Updated Saturday Hours beginning January 1, 2022

Dear Member,

Neighborhood Credit Union branches will have updated hours of operation on Saturdays beginning January 1, 2022. In our commitment to always provide excellent service, we’re excited to share that ITMs will become the main point of service on Saturdays, as lobbies and traditional drive-thrus will now be closed at each location. Weekday lobby and drive-thru hours will remain the same Monday through Friday, open 9am – 5pm. 

Our full-service ITMs are available 24/7, and you will still be able to interact with a virtual teller on Saturdays from 9am – 12pm, if needed. Use the ITM to deposit checks and cash, make a loan payment, withdraw cash and check your account balance, make transfers between accounts, and more. There are now nine ITMs available in the DFW area, with several more scheduled for installation in the coming months. Don’t forget that you can manage your account quickly and easily from the comfort of wherever you are with our digital services. Use Online Banking and the MyNCU Mobile App to check your account balances, deposit checks, or make transfers. If you haven’t had a chance to utilize an ITM yet or have questions, feel free to visit a branch and we are happy to personally walk you through how to use each of the features.
