On October 1, 2022, A new rewards program will automatically apply to all eligible Neighborhood Credit Union Visa Debit Cards.
We are introducing MyPoints Rewards at Neighborhood Credit Union. This valuable, free program rewards our members for their everyday spending. Enrollment is automatic, and every purchase with an eligible Neighborhood Credit Union Visa Debit Card adds up to rewards points that can be redeemed for exciting gifts.1
How MyPoints Rewards Work
All eligible Neighborhood CU Visa Debit Cards will be enrolled in the MyPoints reward program, and members will not have to register to start earning points. Earn points by using your Neighborhood Credit Union Visa Debit card for every day purchases like groceries, pharmacies, gas station, or online shopping instead of paying with a check, cash, or credit card.
Earn one point for each $100 spent on an eligible Neighborhood Credit Union Visa Debit Card!
And when you shop merchants online with your debit card directly through the rewards portal, you can earn up to 50 times more reward points!2
How do I claim my account?
All eligible Neighborhood Credit Union Visa Debit Cards will be enrolled automatically, but you will need to claim your account. To claim your account, click “Start Here”. You will be asked to input the required information and click “Search”. An email address is required to claim your account.
How to Redeem Your Points
Once you’ve earned enough to select a prize, you can redeem your points for great rewards in a breeze at myncu-redeem.com. It only takes 100 points to get your first set of free gifts, or you can save your points for bigger, better rewards in the future!

¹Qualifying transactions must clear your account and post to your account no later than the end of the applicable calendar month to be counted. For example, if a purchase with your card occurs on the last day of the offer month but does not clear your account until the first day of the following calendar month, then that transaction will not be included in the calculation for the month in which you used your card.
