How To: Update Password in Online Banking

Change your password in Online Banking.
First, Let's log in.
Once logged in, click “My Settings” in the top right corner of the screen.
In My Settings, locate your password and click “Edit”.
You will be prompted to type in your old password, new password, and then retype your new password.
You must use a minimum of 6 characters, and must include a mix of numbers, letters, or symbols. Once done, click “save” - after that your Password has been updated.
As a reminder, Neighborhood CU will never call, email, or text you and ask for your password or other personal information.
