The Young Street Branch will be Closing in September

When Neighborhood Credit Union and Dallas Federal Credit Union merged, we continued to service you at all previous Dallas CU locations. However, we recently received notification from The Department of Health and Human Services that credit union services would no longer be required at the Young Street branch location in Downtown Dallas.

The letter indicated that our lease would be terminated and we will be required to vacate the property by September 30, 2019. We had attempted to extend the lease but to no avail. Due to the decision made by the building owner, we will no longer have office space and
will have to close the Young Street branch. The final day of business at the Young Street branch will be Friday, September 27, 2019.

We assure you that our Young Street branch employees are very valuable and will continue to work at Neighborhood Credit Union in other locations. We have 13 other Dallas area branch locations ready to serve you. The most convenient branch in proximity to the Young Street branch is our other Downtown Dallas location at 1201 Elm Street, Suite 120, Dallas, TX 75270.
