Radom Act of Kindness at Uptown

Due to COVID-19, we made to decision to protect our members and employees by temporarily transitioning to drive thru only in order to actively practice social distancing. While it has been an adjustment, we still want to make sure that our members feel appreciated during this time.  

That is why those working at our Uptown branch decided to do something a little special for an unsuspecting member. The member had gone through a few personal hardships and unfortunately lost her jobs in the restaurant industry due to the pandemic. Even though she is currently dealing with stresses that could bring anyone down, she continued to greet those working at the Uptown branch with a positive attitude and a bright smile. Together the employees at the Uptown branch decided to surprise the member with a digital Amazon gift card and a greeting card to let her know how much they appreciate her bright presence at the credit union. She was so surprised by the random act of kindness, but it’s clear that a simple smile can leave a lasting impression - even on your local Neighborhood Credit Union team!
