New Secure Payment Option Starting June 12
Starting June 12, we’re launching a new way to manage past-due loan payments that’s fast, secure, and flexible. If you receive an email from us with a link to Virtual Portal, powered by SWIVEL, it’s safe to click.
This new tool empowers you to make payments on your own terms. When you follow the link, you’ll land on a secure page where you can review your balance and choose the option that works best for you.
Already familiar with the Payment Center?
You may have already used the Virtual Portal to make a loan payment, so you may have registered before. If not, getting started is simple:
- New user? Click the "Make a Payment" button, then select "Register" at the bottom of the portal to get started.
- Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Your Password" and follow the prompts to reset it.

What You Can Do in Virtual Portal
Once you’re in the portal, you’ll see four simple options:
- I can make my payment now Pay your balance right away using your debit card or bank account.
- I can make my payment later Choose a future payment date that fits your schedule.
- I need to talk to someone Book a phone call with one of our agents to discuss your account.
- I’m not sure when I can pay Let us know what’s going on and, if you’d like, schedule a time to talk with us.
What to Know
The email and link are safe. We know phishing is a concern, so we want to be clear: if it comes from us and links to Virtual Portal, it’s secure and approved.
- You don’t need to log in to online banking to use this secure system.
- Support is available. If you have any concerns or want to verify a message, give us a call before clicking and we’re happy to confirm.
