Member Survey at Neighborhood Credit Union

Members of Neighborhood Credit Union will receive an email from our partners at Readex Research in early October.    
We want to assure our members that this is a legitimate survey from Neighborhood Credit Union, and we are asking for honest member feedback. We want to hear your thoughts and opinions on our products and services, and this survey will give us an opportunity to learn more about why you choose Neighborhood Credit Union as your place to do business.   
Those who complete the short survey may be eligible to win one of five $100 Visa Gift cards. * Your survey answers and any comments made will be completely confidential in accordance with Readex’s Privacy Policy.   

After you’ve received the email containing the link to the member survey, you can expect to see questions pertaining to the length of your membership, why you chose and continue to stay at Neighborhood Credit Union, what type of products you use here or at other financial institutions, and if you recommend Neighborhood Credit Union to friends and family. 
With what seems like an ever-increasing amount of fraud emails, we want our members to know this is a legitimate and safe survey from Neighborhood Credit Union conducted through our partners at Readex Research.   

As always, if you do receive an email, text, or phone call claiming to be from us that seems suspicious, do not hesitate to notify us right away.
