COVID-19 Prevention Efforts at Neighborhood Credit Union
To all of our members,
I wanted to personally reach out amid the ongoing concerns and impact from the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. To be clear, our first concern is the health and well-being of Neighborhood Credit Union members and our employees.
We strongly encourage you to utilize our digital services suite to access your account 24/7 through Online Banking or the MyNCU Mobile App. Members can bank anywhere, anytime: you can view transactions, make payments, conduct account-to-account transfers, and deposit checks. If you must visit a branch, we encourage you to utilize the drive-thru windows to minimize close contact.
If walking into one of our branches in person becomes absolutely necessary, know that we always look forward to seeing you and are happy to assist with your banking needs. In an effort to protect our members and employees, we are taking precautionary steps to enhance our cleaning processes at all locations, such as regularly disinfecting highly-touched surface areas. As always, dispensable soap and hand sanitizer is provided at each location and we will continue to communicate with our employees on hygiene best practices. Should the impact on our area grow, we have ensured our business continuity plan and team are prepared.
Habits of good health, hygiene and disease spread prevention remain the most effective ways for individuals to limit the likelihood of COVID-19. We encourage our members and employees to practice the Steps to Prevent Illness as communicated by the CDC to help prevent further spread.
As always, we are here to help our members during tough times. We wish everyone good health and thank you for your continued membership.
Sincerely,
Chet Kimmell
President and CEO
