To qualify for the $200 checking bonus: Must be 18 years of age or older. You must meet the membership requirements, including purchase and maintenance of the minimum required share(s) (“membership share”) of $25 asset forth in the Credit Union’s bylaws. You authorize us to check your account, credit and employment history, and obtain reports from third parties, including credit reporting agencies, to verify your eligibility for the accounts and services you request. You must be a new Neighborhood CU consumer checking customer who has not had a Neighborhood CU consumer checking account open within the last 6 months. Promo code WAX must be used at application input to be eligible for this bonus. Eligible accounts include Neighborhood CU's Kasasa Cash Checking, Kasasa Cash Back Checking, Choice Checking and Fresh Start. Within sixty (60) days of account opening, must have one (1) electronic Direct Deposit of your paycheck, pension or government benefits (such as Social Security) from your employer or the government in the amount greater than $500 post to the new checking account (or split between your new checking account and your savings account). Offer can only be combined with special 2% off qualified rate Waxahachie promotion. We reserve the right to deduct the bonus amount if the account is closed within 12 months of opening.
