VISA® Debit Card Changes for Small Group of Members
Published July 8, 2022
Only a small group of our members have received a letter in the mail regarding debit card formatting changes at VISA. Due to the changes at VISA®, some Neighborhood Credit Union members will receive a new debit card in the mail.
This change requires us to send a new debit card that will feature a new number, and if you received a letter, you can expect to receive a new card by July 15. The old card will be closed on July 25, 2022.
Upon receipt of new debit card(s), we want to remind our members to be sure to activate it and please notify any merchants or vendors in which you have automatic payments set up with your Neighborhood Credit Union debit card. Promptly updating your payment card information will ensure no disruption in your recurring payments.
