Credit Report Dispute

The form accessed below can be used to dispute Neighborhood Credit Union provided information that appears, or you feel should appear, on your credit report. A copy of your credit report may assist you in completing your dispute.

When is credit information reported?

Neighborhood Credit Union reports credit information as of the end of the month, within five business days thereafter. We report to the following credit reporting agencies, who may take up to three weeks to update their records from the monthly data: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.

How can I check my credit?

One free copy of your credit report is available to you each year at www.annualcreditreport.com or by calling 1-877-322-8228. Alternatively, you can obtain credit reports and other information for a fee by clicking the link to one of the credit reporting agencies listed above.
