Extended System Maintenance

We are continuously working to give you the most modern and secure financial services possible. With that in mind, Neighborhood Credit Union will be performing extended system maintenance on Wednesday July 25, 2018.

Branches and select services will be unavailable all day. Normal business hours and services will resume on July 26th.
 

FAQs


What services will be unavailable on July 25th?

  • You will be unable to view your accounts in Online Banking or from the MyNCU Mobile app.
  • Neighborhood CU branches will be closed all day.
  • Shared Branching will be unavailable for Neighborhood CU members to conduct transactions from other credit unions.
  • The available balance shown on any ATM will be based on the balances from 5:00 AM on July 25th.
  • Courtesy Pay will be unavailable all day.

When will everything be available again?
Normal business hours and services will resume on Thursday, July 26, 2018.

Will I be able to use my debit and credit cards?
Yes, you will be able to use your debit and/or credit cards without interruption on July 25th. Your cards will be active and automatic payments will continue to be processed.

Can I talk to someone from Neighborhood CU on July 25th?
Yes. We will be able to provide you with limited account information on the phone (214-748-9393) or via email during regular business hours.

How can I prepare for the extended maintenance on July 25th?

    If you have a checking account:

    • Please make a note of your available balance prior to 5:00 AM on July 25th.
    • Balance your account throughout the day on the 25th to ensure your funds are available.
    • Courtesy Pay will be unavailable, if you attempt a transaction outside of your available balance it will be declined.
    • Don’t worry, the purchases you make on the 25th will be available to view in Online & Mobile Banking when all services return on July 26th.

    If you have a loan:

    • If you have an automatic loan payment set up for July 25th, it will process as normal.
    • Please plan ahead if you regularly visit a branch on the 25th to make a loan payment.
    • The E-Payments portal to make loan payments from another financial institution will still be available.
    • You will be able to make loan payments over the phone if you have your member number and loan ID number available.
