
Branch Operations Update May 2020
Thank you to you and our entire membership for being understanding and flexible during this unique time. It has been great to see everyone come together and take care of their neighbors while going through the COVID 19 pandemic.
The state of Texas is allowing people to get back to work. While we have been serving you through the entire pandemic, new processes will be put in place to fully serve all of your financial needs in a safe and secure manner.
As you may know, we moved our in-person transactions to our drive-thrus to keep our employees and members as safe as possible. We also continued to provide service through our digital and remote services. If this was your first time using mobile, I hope you found our secure mobile app to be easy to use. We are always improving and adding new features to our mobile app, so please take a minute to explore everything MyNCU Mobile has to offer.
I strongly encourage everyone to continue using our digital services and drive-thrus as they are the safest for you and our branch teams. I understand that there is some business that is best done face to face, and our employees have missed seeing you in person. As DFW retail stores reopen, Neighborhood Credit Union will begin reopening our branch lobbies for limited services that will be by appointment only. You will soon be able to request an appointment time on our website, myncu.com.
