2020 Annual Meeting Update
We have been looking forward to our 90th Annual Meeting all year. It is a big milestone for all of us. We always enjoy seeing our loyal members and the cooperative spirit of the credit union in action.
In light of Governor Abbott’s Executive Order restricting gatherings of 10 or more, the Annual Meeting will now be held via video conference. We will be keeping the meeting brief and the Directors whose terms are up for re-election – Ron Taylor, Arthur Young and Dwayne Boozer, are running unopposed, so their reinstatement will be quick, and we will not award door prizes. It is anticipated that the Annual Meeting will last less than 10 minutes.
The Annual Report and other documents will be posted on the Annual Meeting Event Page for members to review before the meeting on March 26th.
Please contact us if you have any questions about our 90th Annual Meeting or the steps we’re taking to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. I appreciate your membership and look forward to seeing everyone again for the 91st Annual Meeting.
Sincerely,
Dwayne Boozer
