The power grid outages are improving and the weather is trending warmer which is having a positive effect on our branches and services. Our branch drive-thrus will open at 10am today with the exception of our Highland Village and Uptown branches.
We encourage you to reach out to our Member Services staff to assist you by secure email, by text, and secure chat, available 9am to 5pm today. Please expect delays due to limited staffing.
We appreciate your patience and understanding with services and responses that could be intermittent and slower than usual.
The MyNCU Mobile App and Online Banking are available for your banking needs. Easily check your balances, deposit a check, transfer money between accounts, or make a Neighborhood CU loan payment.

The weather conditions and power grid outages continue to affect our branches and some services. All Neighborhood Credit Union branches will be closed on Thursday, February 18, 2021.

Neighborhood CU Employees have also been impacted by the extreme weather, causing our Member Services and Lending teams to be operating at a reduced capacity. We appreciate your patience and understanding with services and responses that could be intermittent and slower than usual.
