New Hours for Uptown Branch

Occasionally we must make changes in order to best serve our members and employees. With that in mind, our Dallas Uptown branch is temporarily closed and will reopen on December 5th, 2022, with new permanent hours.  

We're incredibly thankful for your patience during the Dallas Uptown branch's previous temporary closures. With the increasing rates of flu, RSV, Covid variants, and other illnesses affecting Texas families, our staff and their families have not been excluded.  

New Dallas Uptown Branch Hours

Starting December 5th, the new hours of operation for the Uptown Branch will be: 

• Open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Closed from 1 pm to 2 pm for lunch.
• Closed Tuesdays and Thursdays.  

While we have new hours for the location, the same top-of-line banking services are available to you with our 24/7 ITM located outside of the building, on the north side.  

Digital Services

Our ITM is an elevated ATM where you can use your debit card to not only withdraw cash, but conveniently and securely deposit cash and checks, make a loan payment, and much more. It's available 24/7 to meet your banking needs.  

Do you have a banking need requiring a branch representative during the week or Saturday? Not a problem! Use the ITM call button to request a representative Monday through Friday during business hours or on Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm, and a representative will be on the screen to help you in moments.

For our convenience and accessibility, we provide digital services that allow our members to be in control of their accounts from anywhere. With Online Banking and the MyNCU Mobile app, members can open an account, apply for a loan, check account balance, view estatements, manage cards, and more.
