E-Statements

Online Banking:

Monitor your account balances, view check images, or transfer funds between accounts. Schedule e-mail alerts, order checks, stop payments, change your address and more through Online Banking at myncu.com.

For first-time login to Online Banking, enter your Member Number and Password. First time members, your temporary password is the first 2 letters of the primary's member's last name and the last 4 digits of the primary member's SSN. You will then be prompted to change your password.

Online Bill Payment:

Still paying bills the old way? Free yourself from the weight of mounting paperwork each month with Neighborhood Credit Union's Online Bill Payment service. Bill payment saves you time and money by paying your bills online. This feature is free with any Neighborhood checking account. Accessible from inside Online Banking, Bill Payment is a fast, easy and secure way to get your bills paid on time.

Online Check Images

View the front and back of your processed checks through Online Banking! Have you ever needed a copy of a processed check, but didn't have time to wait several days to get it? Now you can have it immediately with our new Online Check Images. This FREE service allows you to view and print the front and back of processed checks from your Neighborhood Credit Union checking account through Online Banking.

1. Login to your Neighborhood Credit Union Online Banking account.
2. Click on Account Access.
3. Choose the account with which you would like to view the check images.
4. Click on the check number of the processed check you would like to view. You should see the front and back of your check.

Order Checks Online:

Order and reorder checks through Neighborhood Credit Union Online Banking. Simply  Login to your Online Banking account, click on 'Delux Check Ordering' and order your checks and check accessories. This service provides a safe, secure and user-friendly environment to customize your check style, print style and imprint style. You can even check on the status of your order!

Online E-Alerts:

Online alerts can be set up to notify you of important events related to your checking account. For example, you can set up an alert that notifies you via e-mail that a direct deposit has been made to your account or that your account balance has dropped below a particular amount. To set up these alerts, sign in to Online Banking and then select E-mail Alerts from the toolbar.
