Student (Teen) Accounts

For our 12-17 year old members. This 10% APY (Annual Percentage Rate) CD matures on their 18th birthday. Start with as little as $100 and deposit up to $1000. The CD is in the student's name and a financial seminar is offered.

- Student Scholarships
Neighborhood Credit Union awards annual scholarships to high school seniors or college freshmen every year. Winners are determined by an essay contest. Information about the scholarship goes out in the fall. Entries are normally due the first of March and awarded in June. Stay posted for details about next year's Essay Scholarship contest.
- VISA Debit Card
The Neighborhood Credit Union VISA Debit Card is an ATM and debit card in one. Members 16 and over can use the Debit Card to draw from the funds in their checking account.
